The Student Leadership Team have had an invaluable experience visiting the Houses of Parliament. On Tuesday 10 September 2018 the group boarded the 8.15am train to London. They had a tour of the Houses of Parliament where students watched debates in the House of Lords and the House of Commons. The students attended a workshop about the ‘Power of Protest’ and the day was rounded off with a question and answer session with Local MP and Government Chief Whip, Julian Smith.
